Service Team A is the recipient of the "Extra Mile Employee" (EME) of the Month Award for April 2010 by delivering exceptional customer service while the team was understaffed. During this time, team members volunteered to take on assignments, supported boards going through legislative and federal reviews, responded to an increased workload resulting from new laws in numerous professions and implemented enhancements to the licensing process for all the professions.

The team supported each other to ensure service delivery to our customers was uninterrupted and did so in a professional and responsive manner.
