The Information Center is the recipient of the “Extra Mile Employee” (EME) of the Month Award for April. The team goes above and beyond their regular duties of responding to hundreds of daily inquiries to help other teams with their work. The team completes the extra work expeditiously while maintaining their core services to our customers.
