Processing Fees for License Applications
Submit the processing fee for the type of license application you are filing with the application form. Applications submitted without the processing fee will be rejected. Make the check or money order payable to the "State of Delaware." Cash is not accepted. Processing fees are non-refundable.
CPA Permit - $140
CPA Permit Reinstatement (effective until 6/30/2017 only) - $210
CPA Firm - $174
Public Accountant Permit - $133
Public Accounting Firm - $147
Renewal Fee – You are notified of the amount of the renewal fee at the time of renewal. All renewals require a renewal fee. When you submit a renewal application after the expiration date, you must pay a late fee in addition to the renewal fee. The late fee is 50% of the renewal fee. Inactive Status Change Request - $40
