Answer: The application process varies based on
how quickly the required forms are submitted to the Commission
office. Once an application for an adult entertainment
license is complete, the Commission will meet within 30
days to review the application.

must one reapply/renew their establishment license?
Answer: Licenses are renewed in July of each year. The Commission
office sends all renewal/reapplication paperwork to the
license holder prior to the expiration of the license.
