Processing Fees for License Applications

Submit the processing fee for the type of license application you are filing with the application form. Applications submitted without the processing fee will be rejected. Make the check or money order payable to the "State of Delaware." Cash is not accepted. Processing fees are non-refundable.

For some license types, the amount of fee depends on whether you are filing an initial application or a reinstatement application. If you are filing an initial application, the fee depends on whether your application is based on examination, reciprocity or experience. If you are filing a reinstatement application, the fee depends on how long your license as been lapsed. Renewal Fee - You are notified of the amount of the renewal fee at the time of renewal.
