DESCRIPTION: Deadly Weapons Dealers are licensed through the Investigative Unit of the Division of Professional Regulation. The division is responsible for licensing individuals and businesses who intend to sell or expose to sale any pistol or revolver, stiletto, steel or brass knuckles, or other deadly weapon made especially for the defense of one's person. The statutes governing Deadly Weapons Dealers are located in 24 Del., C. Chapter 9.
