Function: The Dental Hygiene Advisory Committee (hereafter "the Committee") participates in voting matters pertaining to the practice of dental hygiene. The Committee licenses qualified applicants to practice dental hygiene, prepares and administers the dental hygiene examination, and develops requirements for renewal of dental hygiene licenses.
