BOARD FUNCTION:
The Delaware Board of Landscape Architecture (hereafter designated as "the Board") licenses landscape architects and requires corporations or partnerships to obtain a Certificate of Authorization prior to offering or rendering landscape architecture services. The Board ensures that applicants are qualified to become licensed and has the authority to discipline licenses. (24 Del. C., Chapter 2, § 200-216)
FREQUENCY OF MEETINGS:
The Board meets at least once in each quarter of a calendar year at
9:00 a.m. The boards quarterly meetings are scheduled on the second
Thursday in February, May, August and November. Meetings are open to
the general public and are held in the Cannon Building, 861 Silver Lake
Boulevard, Dover, Delaware.
To assure consideration of your license application at the next meeting, the Board office must receive all of these items no later than 4:30 PM ten full working days before the meeting date:
- Completed, signed and notarized application form
- Fee payment, and
- All required supporting documentation (see “License Requirements” on the menu to your left).
