A land surveying business is required to have a Certificate of Authorization when the business is a corporation or partnership that provides, or offers to provide, land surveying services in Delaware. Land surveying businesses that are sole proprietorships are exempt.
Requirements for All Applicants
- Enclose processing fee by check or money order made payable to “State of Delaware.”
- Enclose copy of State of Delawarebusiness license issued by the Division of Revenue.
- Arrange for each designated professional-in-charge to sign and seal an Acknowledgment of Professional in Charge. This form is included with the application form.
When the above documentation is submitted, the Board will review the application at its next meeting.
