BOARD FUNCTION:
The Board of Manufactured Home Installation (hereafter designated as "the Board") licenses installers and certifies inspectors. The Board insures that applicants are qualified to become licensed and has the authority to discipline licensees. (24 Del. C., Chapter 44, § 4416)
FREQUENCY OF MEETINGS: The Board meets the second monday of each month at 9:00 a.m. This schedule will be in effect until May when the Board will review the Board Meeting Schedule. All meetings are open to the general public and are held at the Cannon Building, Conference Room B, 861 Silver Lake Boulevard, Dover Delaware.
To assure consideration of your license application at the next meeting, the Board office must receive all of these items no later than 4:30 PM ten full working days before the meeting date:
- Completed, signed and notarized application form
- Fee payment, and
- All required supporting documentation (see “License Requirements” on the menu to your left).
