Effective with your 2006 renewal, the Division of Professional Regulation now offers online renewal. You will receive a postcard to notify you when your renewal is available for submission online. The postcard will be mailed to your address of record approximately the first week in August. This will be your only renewal notice. The postcard will explain how to access online renewal and how to request a paper renewal application if you are unable to renew online.
To renew an active license, you will need to complete continuing education (CE) in accordance with the board’s Rules and Regulations.
Note : Proposals to change these rules are currently under consideration. Please check the July Register of Regulations. Please do not send any CE logs or other documentation to the board office at this time. Also, do not send any payment.
You will not be able to renew an inactive license online. Contact the board office for instructions on renewing an inactive status or how to return to active status.
How to Renew a Lapsed License
You may renew a license late for a period of one year after the expiration date by submitting a renewal application online and paying a late fee. However, if the license has been lapsed for more than one year, you must reapply as a new applicant or by reciprocity. |
