Question: Are there different levels of psychology licensure?

Answer: There are two levels of licensure in Delaware. The Psychologist license requires a doctoral degree and experience. The registered Psychological Assistant license requires a doctoral degree and 450-hour internship but no experience. Question: Does continuing education need to be approved by the Board?

Answer: No. However, to assure that the continuing education you take meets the Board's requirements, refer to Section 10 of the Board's Rules and Regulations.
