Question: How do I apply for a course provider or instructor certification?

Answer: Please access the Guidelines for Fulfilling the Delaware Real Estate
Education Requirements and pertinent forms within the Appendix to the Education Guidlines.

Question: How long is certification valid?

Answer: Certification for both course providers and instructor applicants is valid
for a two year period at the end of which a new application must be submitted to
the Committee office. There is no renewal process in effect for these certifications.

Question: Are course provider certifications transferable?

Answer: Course certification pertains only to the organization or individual named
on the application for that particular offering. It is not valid for sponsorship by another
organization, which must apply for its own certification.
