Real Estate Education Provider and Instructor Certification

The Education Committee of the Delaware Real Estate Commission is the body responsible for initial review of course provider and instructor certification applications as well as student requests. Information to apply for course provider or instructor certifications can be accessed on this website under the Guidelines for Fulfilling the Delaware Real Estate Education Requirements. Certifications for both course providers and instructor applicants are valid for a two year period by the end of which a new application must be submitted to the Committee office. There is no renewal process. Also, course provider certifications are not transferable because course certification pertains only to the organization or individual named on the application for that particular offering.
