NOTICE ABOUT APPRENTICE PILOTS: The Delaware Board of Pilot Commissioners is not accepting Apprentice Pilot applications at this time.
COMMISSION FUNCTION: The Board of Pilot Commissioners (hereafter designated as "the Commission") was established to promote or increase the efficiency of pilotage service upon the Delaware waters. (23 Del. C., Chapter 1, § 100-138)
FREQUENCY OF MEETINGS: The Commission meets at least quarterly and the time and date are determined at each meeting. All meetings are open to the general public and are held at the Cannon Building, Conference Room A, 861 Silver Lake Boulevard, Dover.
