The Division of Professional Regulation is responsible for licensing businesses which sell, or offer for sale, pistols, revolvers, stilettos, steel or brass knuckles, or other weapons made especially for the defense of one’s person. The statute governing deadly weapons dealers is in 24 Del. C. Chapter 9.
