NEW CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS
The new process for obtaining a criminal background check is effective as of September 5, 2023.
NOTE: The Criminal Background Check Authorization form is no longer needed. All fingerprinting is now completed digitally through IdentoGO.
The previous process of registering with the Delaware State Police (DSP) sites or submitting cards to DSP will no longer be available beginning on September 11, 2023, and you will need to register via the UEnroll website utilizing the Service Codes provided below for either fingerprinting at an IdentoGO location or submitting cards via mail.
