Important Information: The new online system, DELPROS, requires all Delaware licensees who hold a license, or applicants applying for a license, to register to create an account.

To create your account you must have your own, personal email address. This is very important because any licensee, applicant, or facility that shares an email address will NOT be able to register in DELPROS using a shared email to create a user account.

    Important Information about DELPROS

    As part of our ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service, the Division of Professional Regulation moved to a new online licensing system on June 29, 2020.

    The new system, known as Delaware Professional Regulation Online Service (DELPROS), simplifies and automates professional licensing services in the State of Delaware.

    You are required to create a user account and log-in before you can complete an application, make a payment, or apply for other services.

    Once you have an online account, managing your license will be easy and convenient!

    With DELPROS, you can go online to:

    • Apply for a professional license and check the status
    • Pay license fees using secure, online payment options
    • Print your license
    • Renew your license
    • Update your user account information
    • Apply for services, e.g, Name Change Request, License Verification Letter, CE Course Approval, etc.

    In DELPROS, all license applications, requests for services, and payments are submitted online only!
     


    DELPROS Registration Information

    If you are an existing license holder or have a pending license application or need to submit a new application and need to log in to DELPROS follow the steps below (See DELPROS Instructional Videos for additional assistance.):

    • From the DELPROS home page, click Apply/Manage a License and Service Requests button.
    • Click the Register button.
    • On the User Registration screen, enter the required information as it appears on your license or application (if applicable) and click the Proceed button. Follow system prompts to complete your registration.
    • After you have successfully registered, you will be logged in to your e-License Dashboard.

    Important

    • If the information you enter matches a user profile already registered in DELPROS, your DELPROS login information will appear and you will be required to enter your password. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password button.
    • If the information you enter does not match any user profile in DELPROS, the system will prompt you to enter a new password to complete your registration.
