As part of our ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service, the Division of Professional Regulation is moving to a new online licensing system on June 29, 2020.
The new system, known as Delaware Professional Regulation Online Service (DELPROS), will simplify and automate professional licensing services in the State of Delaware.
You will be required to create a user account and log-in before you can complete an application, make a payment, or apply for other services.
Once you have an online account, managing your license will be easy and convenient!
With DELPROS, you can go online to:
After the implementation of DELPROS, all license applications, requests for services, and payments will be submitted online!
Beginning July 1, 2020, DPR will start to email registration information for DELPROS to existing customers. All users should receive their required security code to register no later than August 15, 2020.
Starting June 29, 2020, if you are an existing license holder or have a pending license application and need to log in to DELPROS prior to receiving your registration security code follow the steps below:
Important Information: The new online system DELPROS will require all Delaware licensees who hold a license, or applicants applying for a license, to register and create an account.
To create your account you must have your own, personal email address. This change will be important because any licensee, applicant, or facility that shares an email address will not be able to register in DELPROS using a shared email to create a user account.
To ensure you can register in DELPROS, the Division encourages all existing licensees or applicants to go online to dpr.delaware.gov. Click the Online Services for Licensees link. Enter your user ID and Password to update the email address you currently have on file for your license or application.
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, use the “Register” function to gain access to your account and reset the password. After you log in, click on the Update Contact Information link in the left navigation menu.
Remember, you will need to use your own, personal email address. You cannot share an email address with another person or use a company email address that is shared.
