A roster does not provide the disciplinary history on a license record. To verify any disciplinary history on a license click Search & Verify License to complete an individual or facility license search. If discipline history exists, the Discipline column will state ‘Yes’. Click ‘Yes’ to view and download the Board Order(s).
Additionally, you may complete a license disciplinary search using Delaware’s Open Data Portal.
If you represent an institution or other nursing employer, the National Council of State Boards of Nursing offers a service that will notify you via email when a license status changes (e.g., expirations) and if disciplinary actions exist against any RNs and LPNs that you employ.
The information comes directly from NurSys, a national database that receives its data from participating boards of nursing nationwide, including the Delaware Board of Nursing.
