Answer: First, review the Licensure Requirements. Then, create an account and log in to DELPROS to submit your application, fee, and supporting documentation.
Answer: With DELPROS (Delaware Professional Regulation Online Services), the application process is very efficient. However, the amount of time it takes varies based on how quickly the application and all supporting documents are submitted and considered “complete”.

When the application is complete, it is reviewed for approval of licensure on or before the next Board meeting. The meeting schedule is available on the Board’s public meeting calendar page.

Answer: From the Request a License Verification page on the Division’s website, scroll down to the section titled Official License Verification Requests to Other Jurisdictions.

ALL LICENSE VERIFICATIONS ARE EMAILED. The Division of Professional Regulation does not mail license verifications.

Answer: To change your name on your license record, you must log in to DELPROS and submit a Service Request and upload a legal document showing the change (e.g., copy of a marriage certificate, divorce decree).

To change your address in DELPROS, you must navigate to your license record by logging in using your DELPROS user account. On the license tile on Your Dashboard, click on OPTIONS. Choose Change Address and follow the instructions.

Answer: Yes. The Board of Elevator Mechanics must issue you a license to work in Delaware. See Licensure Requirements.

Answer: To submit a CE Course Approval application as a CE provider, you must create an account in DELPROS and then submit a Service Request (SR). You will need to provide all required information about course(s) you have taken or are offering, see CE Course Approval SR.

The Board will review the CE Course Approval service request application and all supporting documents for approval and you will be notified.
