Effective September 2019, the Council on Real Estate Appraisers amended their continuing education (CE) rules and regulations to remove the requirement to complete 14 hours of CE live in a classroom setting.
All approved courses may be completed online.
No changes were made regarding the your requirement to complete the 2 hour DE Law, Rules & Regulations course and the 7 hour USPAP course.

If you know or have any doubt that a CE course that you have taken or want to take is not approved by the Board, you should request to have the course reviewed and approved by the Board. You must use the DELPROS online portal to request approval of the CE course(s) through a Service Request. The amount of CE that you are required to complete depends on when your license was issued during the full licensure period. If this is your first renewal, and you hold a:

To submit your Request for Approval of Education Activity, you must submit a service request for CE Course Approval and provide all required documentation at least 60 days before the scheduled offering.

When you are done, click on your Dashboard on the dark blue banner at the top of the page to renew your license or choose another service.
Random audits are performed by the Council to ensure compliance with the license requirements. License holders selected for the random audit must verify that they have maintained the required CE and any other information required by the Council to confirm their continued eligibility for the license.
