How can I obtain a list of licensed psychologists?

Answer: See Request License Roster.

How can I receive a duplicate license?

Answer: In the DELPROS online portal, you have the ability to print your own license at no extra charge. Log into your established DELPROS account and you will see your license(s) listed on your DELPROS Dashboard. Find the license you want to save or print. Click on the Options button on that license tile, then click Download Certificate. A copy of your license will appear. You may download a copy to your computer or print a copy using the printer or arrow icons in the top right hand corner of the black banner than appears.  If you save a copy of your license to your phone or computer, you can just print it from there in the future.

Are there different levels of psychology licensure?

Answer: There are two levels of licensure in Delaware. The Psychologist license requires a doctoral degree and experience. The registered Psychological Assistant license requires a doctoral degree and 450-hour internship but no experience. For more information, see Psychologist Licensure and Psychological Assistant Registration.

Does continuing education need to be approved by the Board?

Answer: No. However, to assure that the continuing education you take meets the Board’s requirements, refer to Section 10 of the Board’s Rules and Regulations. For details about CE and audit requirements, also see the Continuing Education and Audit Information webpage.

How do I get a letter of good standing or verification sent to another state that requires it for licensure?

Answer: See Request Written License Verification.
