Organizations that sponsor charitable gaming events are allowed to use third-party vendors to supply equipment and workers for the events. The sponsoring organizations contract with the charitable gaming vendors on terms agreed to by the parties. However, charitable gaming vendor are not allowed to receive compensation based on a percentage of the proceeds from a charitable gaming event.
The officers of a Charitable Gaming Vendor business include all owners, directors, partners, members, managers, investors and stockholders of the business (Section 1.0 of the Board’s Rules and Regulations). Each officer is considered an applicant for the Charitable Gaming Vendor license. All officers are responsible for reporting events that take place after the application is filed or license issued.
All applications are submitted our online system DELPROS. We no longer accept paper applications.
In order to apply for a license or submit a service request, you must first have a DELPROS user account. To LOG IN or CREATE a DELPROS (Delaware Professional Regulation Online Services) user account:
DELPROS allows you to save your incomplete application and return to it later to finish the process. You only have six (6) months to submit your application once you begin.
You may check the status of your application online throughout the entire application process by using the “View Application Status” feature in DELPROS on your e-License dashboard.

An officer of a Charitable Gaming Vendor is required to notify the Board office if any of the events below should occur. This notification can be by email or an upload to your record by choosing Submit Additional Documentation in the options drop-down on the dashboard for this event.
If the ownership of the business changes, a new application is required.
Charitable Gaming Vendor licenses expire three years after the issue date. Your organization is required to renew the license in DELPROS in advance of your license expiration date.
A few months before the expiration date of your license, a renewal notice will be sent to the email address on the record. This notice will explain how to access your online renewal application in DELPROS, our online professional licensure system. To complete the online renewal application, you must log-in to your account, answer questions, and use a credit card to pay your renewal fee.
All notices about professional licenses, such as renewal and audit notices, will be sent by email only. It is important to keep your contact information up-to-date so that all the notices we send reach you. To check and update your contact information online, click on Manage Profile link in DELPROS.
If you do not renew your license before the expiration date, your license will expire. It is illegal to practice in Delaware while your license is expired.
If you fail to renew, the license will terminate. To resume practicing in Delaware, you must apply in DELPROS as a new applicant.
