Fee Schedule


Processing Fees for License Applications

Submit the processing fee for the type of license application you are filing with the application form. Applications submitted without the processing fee will be rejected. Make the check or money order payable to the “State of Delaware.” Cash is not accepted. Processing fees are non-refundable.


Main Office – $155

Branch Office – $155

Broker – Initial application $214, Reinstatement of former Broker license $321

Associate Broker – Initial application $196, Reinstatement of former Associate Broker license $294

Salesperson – Initial application $123, Reinstatement of former Salesperson license $185


Other Fees

Guaranty Fund – $25

Inactive Status Change Request – $45. You will also pay the inactive renewal fee (and late fee if applicable) when you renew your license.

Reactivation (from Inactive to Active Status) Fee – $25 per event

Transfer (between Offices) Fee – $25 per event

Change Broker Type – $65

Continuing Education Application – $60

Instructor Application – $60

Duplicate Approval Letter for Instructors and Course Providers – $25 – Online requests not available.

Certificate of Licensure History – $45

Renewal Fee – You are notified of the amount of the renewal fee at the time of renewal. All renewals, including renewals of inactive licenses, require a renewal fee. When you submit a renewal application after the expiration date, you must pay a late fee in addition to the renewal fee. The late fee is 50% of the renewal fee.
