License Transfer Request




To Apply for a DELPROS Service Request

You must you must first have a DELPROS user account. To LOG IN or CREATE your user account:

  1. Go to: https://delpros.delaware.gov/OH_HomePage.
  2. Click GO on the Apply/Manage a License and Service Requests tile.
  3. If you do not have a DELPROS user account, click the REGISTER button on the left under NEW USERS.
  4. If you have a DELPROS user account, enter your email address and password on the right under EXISTING USERS then click LOGIN.


Real Estate License Transfer Service Request

To request to transfer your real estate license to another real estate office, located in Delaware or out of state, where you will be employed. The employing Broker of Record for the employing office must hold a current Delaware license.

After you have logged in to your Dashboard, click SERVICE REQUEST in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen. For additional assistance see the License Transfer Guide.


LICENSE TRANSFER FOR BROKERS

Your Broker license must be in Active or Probation status. If you are…

    • transferring your current Broker license to become the new Broker of Record within the same Office/Agency

AND

  • need to transfer all associated Salespersons and Associate Brokers from exiting BROKER OF RECORD to you,

you must provide the Brokers Transfer Form


LICENSE TRANSFER FOR ASSOCIATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS

Your Salesperson or Associate Broker license must be in Active, Probation, or Terminated status to transfer the license to another employing real estate office.

When completing the real estate transfer request, you must select the correct Broker license number as the employing Broker of Record. If the office where you are transferring your license is located

  • in Delaware, you must ensure you select the correct employing office permit number.
  • outside of Delaware, you must ensure that you provide the correct address information AND the Broker must be DE-licensed with the same address.

IMPORTANT: Providing incorrect employing Broker of Record and Office information will cause a delay in the processing of your license transfer request. We strongly advise that you review your service request information before submitting it.
