Both licensees and CE course providers may request to have CE courses approved by the Board. You must use the DELPROS online portal to request approval of a CE course(s) that you either have taken or want to take (licensees) or want to provide to licensees (providers). The content and amount of continuing education (CE) that you are required to complete depends on when your license was issued and whether you are a Broker/Associate Broker or a Salesperson. This page summarizes the requirements. However, for complete information on the CE requirements, see Section 14.0 of the Commission’s Rules and Regulations.
The Delaware Real Estate Commission has implemented changes pertaining to new Salesperson licensees, effective May 1, 2022.
All newly licensed individuals, other than individuals licensed by reciprocity, must complete the following twelve hours of required new salesperson course modules within 90 days of the date of license issuance:

If you are a newly-licensed Broker or Associate Broker or if you are a Salesperson licensed by reciprocity, the content of your CE must be based on the required Module Course Contents.
Active Real Estate Professionals (Broker, Associate Broker, Salesperson) must complete 21 hours of approved CE during each full licensure renewal periods between May 1 and April 30 even-numbered years (2016-2018, 2018-2020, etc.). Continuing Education (CE) is tracked in DELPROS, the Delaware Professional Regulation Online Service. To enter your CE, you must first create a DELPROS user account. Go to the DELPROS online portal, and then click on Apply/Manage a License and Service Requests. If you:
After creating your user account or logging into the DELPROS online portal, you may begin entering your CE.
When you are done, click on your Dashboard on the dark blue banner at the top of the page to renew your license or choose another service.
Random audits are performed by the Board to ensure compliance with the license requirements. License holders selected for the random audit must verify that they have completion of the required CE, as applicable and any other information required by the Board to confirm their continued eligibility for the license. Do not upload any CE documentation into DELPROS unless notified that you have been selected for audit. If you submit your online renewal application after the expiration date, your CE will be audited.
