Applying for a License or Services in DELPROS
Before you begin
- Use a supported browser: Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge — Internet Explorer is not compatible.
- View browser download instructions
For licensure requirements, visit:
Creating your DELPROS account
- Go to the DELPROS Portal
- Click Apply/Manage a License and Service Requests
- Choose:
- Existing User: Log in with your email and password
- New User: Click Register to create an account
After registration, you’ll be directed to your e‑License Dashboard.
Uploading and acknowledging documents
During the application process, you may be asked to:
- Upload: Attach documents directly to your application
- Acknowledge: Confirm that third‑party documents will be mailed to the Board office
Third‑party documents include:
- Transcripts from schools
- Employment verifications
- License verifications from other states
These documents cannot be uploaded and must be mailed directly to the Board office.
Saving and submitting your application
- You can save your application and return later
- You have 6 months to complete and submit it
- If not submitted within 6 months, you must restart the application
