Guide to Information for DPR and DELPROS

This guide helps you find what you need on the Division of Professional Regulation (DPR) website and within the DELPROS licensing portal.

Applying for a License or Services in DELPROS

Welcome to DELPROS—Delaware’s Professional Regulation Online Services portal. This system guides you through a streamlined application process.

Before you Begin

Use a supported browser: Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge ❌ Internet Explorer is not compatible.

Creating Your DELPROS Account

Go to the DELPROS Portal
Click Apply/Manage a License and Service Requests
Choose one:
- Existing User: Log in with your email and password
- New User: Click Register to create an account

After registration, you’ll be directed to your e-License Dashboard.

Uploading & Acknowledging Documents

During the application process, you may be asked to:

Upload: Attach documents directly to your application
Acknowledge: Confirm that third-party documents will be mailed to the Board office

Third-party documents include:

Transcripts from schools
Employment verifications
License verifications from other states

These documents cannot be uploaded and must be mailed directly to the Board office.

Saving & Submitting Your Application

You can save your application and return later
You have 6 months to complete and submit it
If not submitted within 6 months, you must restart the application

Checking Your Application Status

Use the View Application Status feature on your e-License Dashboard to track progress at any time.

Where Do I Find Instructions and Requirements to Apply for a License?
- Select your profession then the LICENSE TYPE from the left navigation menu under Licensure.

Where Do I Find a Form that is Required for My Application?
- Select your profession then FORMS from the left navigation menu under Licensure.
How Can I Find the Status of My Application?
- Login to your DELPPROS Account. From the application tile, under Options on the right, select View Application Status.

FEES

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Select your profession – Click on Fee Schedule from the left navigation menu under Licensure.
Need to delegate your application fee to a Third Party Payer? – See Delegating Payment.

CONTINUING EDUCATION AND AUDITS

Logging Continuing Education – See DELPROS Portal – Continuing Education Tracker.
Approved Programs/Courses – Select your profession
Request Approval – Select your profession
- Login to your DELPROS Account and select Service Requests in the top header of the navigation menu from your Dashboard.
Continuing Education Requirements/Audits – Select your profession
- Click on Continuing Education and Audits from the left navigation menu under Licensure.

DISCIPLINARY INFORMATION

Any profession – Search and Verify License
- Click on “Yes” under Disciplinary Action to see the related disciplinary information for that licensee. See DELPROS License Look Up.
Medical – Select Medical Practice below
Pharmacy – Select Pharmacy below

- Log into your e-License Dashboard in DELPROS and select the Renew option from your license tile.

- Login to your DELPROS Account and select Change Address under Options from your license or application tile.

Name Change
- Login to your DELPROS Account and click on Service Requests in the navigation header at the top of your Dashboard screen
Supervisor/Professional-In-Charge Change
- Login to your DELPROS Account and click on Service Requests in the navigation header at the top of your Dashboard screen. Select “Manage Affiliations” option.

Delaware Professionals’ Health Monitoring Program

DELPROS SERVICE REQUESTS

DELPROS offers you the opportunity to submit a license or non-license request via a new feature called Service Requests. The types of service requests available to you depends on whether you hold a Delaware professional license or not. For additional information on Service Requests, see DELPROS Service Requests Guide. You must be a registered user with a DELPROS Account to request any type of service. Below are the types of Service Requests available in DELPROS:
